Under his leadership, CCE expanded its product portfolio, improved operational efficiency, and strengthened its market position.

In 2006, Brock became the CEO of InBev, a global brewing company based in Belgium. During his time at InBev, he played a key role in the company's merger with Anheuser-Busch, creating the world's largest brewing company, Anheuser-Busch InBev. Brock's strategic leadership and expertise in the beverage industry were instrumental in the successful integration of the two companies.

After leaving InBev, Brock served as the CEO of Coca-Cola Enterprises once again from 2008 to 2016. During his second tenure at CCE, he focused on driving sustainable growth and innovation, while also prioritizing environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
