Keto breadsticks are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional breadsticks. They are low in carbs and high in healthy fats, making them perfect for those following a keto diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese in the microwave for about 1 minute.
  4. Add the melted cheese to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture, followed by the olive oil.
  6. Knead the dough until it is well combined.
  7. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a breadstick shape.
  8. Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Sprinkle the breadsticks with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown.
