Keto Breakfast Burger is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day. It's packed with protein and healthy fats to keep you satisfied until lunch. This recipe is easy to prepare and perfect for those following a keto diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 eggs
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Form the ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- In the same skillet, fry the eggs to your liking.
- To assemble the burgers, place a lettuce leaf on a plate, followed by the burger patty, a slice of cheese, a slice of bacon, a fried egg, a few slices of avocado, and a slice of tomato.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your keto breakfast burger!
