Keto Broccoli Cheddar Biscuits are a delicious and healthy snack that are perfect for those following a Ketogenic diet. They are low in carbs and high in protein, making them a great choice for anyone looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1/4 cup of coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender. Once they are cooked, chop them into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter. Add this to the broccoli mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
- Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. You should have enough for about 12 biscuits.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
