Keto Spicy Beef Ramen Bowl[edit | edit source]

This Keto Spicy Beef Ramen Bowl is a low-carb, high-flavor version of a classic Asian dish. It's packed with tender beef, fresh vegetables, and a savory broth that's sure to satisfy.

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove from the pot and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the red onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the onion is soft and the garlic is fragrant.
  3. Add the beef broth, soy sauce, and chili paste to the pot. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and add the spiralized zucchini. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Return the beef to the pot and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with green onion and cilantro.
