Keto Spicy Beef Ramen Bowl[edit | edit source]
This Keto Spicy Beef Ramen Bowl is a low-carb, high-flavor version of a classic Asian dish. It's packed with tender beef, fresh vegetables, and a savory broth that's sure to satisfy.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 2 zucchini, spiralized
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove from the pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the red onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the onion is soft and the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the beef broth, soy sauce, and chili paste to the pot. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the spiralized zucchini. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Return the beef to the pot and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with green onion and cilantro.
