- Long Neck is a census-designated place (CDP) in Sussex County, Delaware, United States. It is part of the Salisbury, Maryland-Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area. The community is located on a peninsula along the Rehoboth Bay and Indian River Bay, hence the name "Long Neck."

- Long Neck is located at 38°37′16″N 75°9′21″W. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 5.9 square miles, of which 5.7 square miles is land and 0.2 square miles is water.

- As of the census of 2000, there were 1,629 people, 776 households, and 520 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 286.6 people per square mile.
