A delicious and healthy recipe for those following a keto diet, these Low Carb Corned Beef Cabbage Rolls are a perfect choice. They are easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully peel off the leaves. You'll need about 8 large leaves.
  3. In a large pan, sauté the onion and garlic until they are soft.
  4. Add the corned beef to the pan and break it up with a spoon. Cook until it is heated through.
  5. Lay out a cabbage leaf and place a spoonful of the corned beef mixture in the center. Roll up the leaf, tucking in the sides as you go. Repeat with the remaining leaves and filling.
  6. Place the cabbage rolls in a baking dish and pour the beef broth over the top.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
