Mariam Nabatanzi

Mariam Nabatanzi is a woman from Uganda known for her exceptionally large family. As of my last update, she has given birth to 44 children by the age of 40, making her one of the most prolific mothers in the world. Nabatanzi's family is one of the largest recorded in recent times in Uganda. She has given birth to twins, triplets, and quadruplets, with a total of 44 children. Doctors have attributed Nabatanzi's high number of births to a medical condition known as Hyperovulation. This condition causes her ovaries to release multiple eggs in one cycle, significantly increasing the chances of multiple births. Despite seeking medical help to prevent further pregnancies, options in Uganda are limited, and her economic situation has made access to healthcare challenging.
