The Military Hospital Rawalpindi is the largest hospital of the Pakistan Armed Forces, located in the city of Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan. It is part of the Pakistan Army Hospitals and serves as a teaching hospital. The hospital has a capacity of 1200 beds and operates as a Level II Trauma Center.

The hospital was established in 1857 as the British Indian Military Hospital Rawalpindi. It has since been recognized by various medical institutions, including the General Medical Council of the UK, the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan, and the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council. It is affiliated with the Army Medical College and provides practical clinical training for medical students.

The current commandant of the hospital is Major General Iftikhar Satti. The hospital is known for its high standards of healthcare and has obtained ISO 9001 certification. It offers specialized medical services in departments such as Surgery, Family Medicine, Dermatology, Pediatrics, Gynecology and Obstetrics, and Intensive Care Units.

With its long history and commitment to medical education and patient care, the Military Hospital Rawalpindi continues to be a prominent healthcare institution in Pakistan.
