NorthPort Batang Pier is a professional basketball team that competes in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). The team is owned by Mikee Romero under the company GlobalPort 900, Inc. and was established in 2012. The team is based in Manila, Philippines.

NorthPort Batang Pier was originally known as the Powerade Tigers before being acquired by GlobalPort 900, Inc. in 2012. The team was then rebranded as the GlobalPort Batang Pier. In 2018, the team underwent another rebranding and adopted the name NorthPort Batang Pier.

Team Colors and Mascot[edit | edit source]

The team's colors are orange, black, and white. The mascot of NorthPort Batang Pier is a pier worker named "Pier."

Home Arena[edit | edit source]

NorthPort Batang Pier plays its home games at the Smart Araneta Coliseum and the Mall of Asia Arena. These venues are among the most prominent sports arenas in the Philippines.
