- Oostburg, WI is a small village located in Sheboygan County, in the state of Wisconsin, United States. The village is part of the Sheboygan, WI Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of the 2010 census, the village had a population of 2,887. Oostburg is known for its Dutch heritage, which is reflected in the architecture of the village and the annual Dutch Festival that takes place every summer.
