Dr. R Ahmed

Rafiuddin Ahmed (1890–1965) was a pioneering dentist in India and is often referred to as the father of modern dentistry in the country. Born in Bardhaman, West Bengal, Ahmed was instrumental in establishing the first dental college in India, thus laying the foundation for dental education in the region.
