- Wynantskill, NY is a hamlet located in the town of North Greenbush in Rensselaer County, New York. It is part of the Albany–Schenectady–Troy Metropolitan Statistical Area. The community is named after the Wynants Kill, a creek that runs through the area, with "kill" meaning "creek" in Dutch.
