Alvin Leung (born 1961) is a British-born Hong Kong chef and television personality. He is known for his innovative and unconventional approach to cuisine, often referred to as "X-treme Chinese." Leung is the owner and head chef of the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Bo Innovation in Hong Kong.
