Antico Caffè Greco is a historic coffeehouse located in Rome, Italy. Established in 1760, it is the oldest café in Rome and the second oldest in Italy, after Caffè Florian in Venice. The café has been a popular meeting place for famous artists, writers, and intellectuals throughout history.

The café was opened by a Greek man named Nicola della Maddalena in 1760, hence the name "Antico Caffè Greco" which translates to "Ancient Greek Café". The café quickly became a popular meeting place for the intellectuals of the time, including Stendhal, Goethe, Byron, Keats, and Wagner. It was also frequented by famous Italian artists such as Giacomo Casanova and Giacomo Leopardi.
