Brothers Hospitallers of Saint John of God (also known as the Hospitaller Order of Saint John of God) is a Roman Catholic religious order that was founded in 1572. The order is dedicated to providing healthcare services, particularly to the poor and sick. The order was founded by Saint John of God, a Portuguese soldier turned health-care worker in Granada, Spain. The order is also commonly known as the Order of Hospitallers or simply Hospitallers.

The Brothers Hospitallers of Saint John of God was founded by Saint John of God, who was canonized in 1690. After a spiritual conversion, John of God dedicated his life to the care of the sick and poor. He established a hospital in Granada, Spain, which became the foundation of the Hospitaller Order.
