Carakale Brewing Company was founded in 2010 by Yazan Karadsheh, a Jordanian entrepreneur with a passion for craft beer. After studying brewing science in the United States, Karadsheh returned to Jordan to establish the brewery. The name "Carakale" is derived from the Caracal, a wild cat native to the region, symbolizing the brewery's connection to its local roots.
