Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is a National Health Service (NHS) hospital trust located in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, England. The trust operates Chesterfield Royal Hospital, which provides a full range of hospital services including a 24-hour emergency department.

The Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust was established in 1982. It was one of the first hospital trusts to achieve foundation trust status in 2005. The trust serves a population of approximately 400,000 people in the Chesterfield and north Derbyshire area.
