Ingredients[edit]
For the Burger[edit]
- 1 lb Ground Goat Meat
- 4 oz Goat Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
For the Zucchini Fries[edit]
- 2 medium Zucchinis
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 large Egg
Instructions[edit]
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a bowl, mix the ground goat meat, salt, and pepper. Form into four patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until done to your liking.
- While the burgers are cooking, slice the zucchinis into fries.
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Beat the egg in another bowl. Dip each zucchini slice into the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated zucchini fries onto a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Once the burgers are done, top each with a slice of goat cheese.
- Serve the burgers with the zucchini fries on the side.
