Kiwoko Hospital is a hospital located in Kiwoko, Uganda. It was established in the late 1980s and has since grown to become a significant healthcare provider in the region.

Kiwoko Hospital was founded by Dr. Ian Clarke, a missionary from Northern Ireland. He arrived in Uganda in 1987, during a period of civil unrest and instability. Recognizing the urgent need for medical services, Dr. Clarke established a small clinic in Kiwoko which eventually grew into the hospital that stands today.

Kiwoko Hospital provides a wide range of medical services to the local community. These include general medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and HIV/AIDS care. The hospital also operates a nursing school and a community health outreach program.
