Kokomo is a city in Indiana, United States. It is the county seat of Howard County. Known as the "City of Firsts" due to its significant role in the automotive industry, Kokomo has a rich history and a diverse economy.

Kokomo was founded in 1844 and named after Ma-Ko-Ko-Mo, a Miami Indian Chief.
