This is a delicious and easy-to-make keto friendly recipe for Low Carb Chicken Parmesan. It's perfect for those on a low-carb diet or anyone who loves a good, hearty meal.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat in the almond flour mixture.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Top each chicken breast with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
