Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital (RVEEH) is a specialist public hospital in Melbourne, Australia, dedicated to the treatment of eye, ear, nose, and throat disorders. The hospital is located in East Melbourne, a suburb of Melbourne.

The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital was established in 1863 by Andrew Sexton Gray, an Irish ophthalmic surgeon. The hospital was initially located in a small house in Collins Street, but moved to its current location in East Melbourne in 1868. The hospital was granted its "Royal" prefix in 1963, in recognition of its centenary.

The hospital provides a range of services, including ophthalmology, otolaryngology, audiology, speech pathology, and allied health services. It is the state's largest provider of ophthalmology and otolaryngology services, and is a major teaching and research centre.

The department also offers a range of specialist clinics, including a macular degeneration clinic and a paediatric ophthalmology clinic.

The otolaryngology department provides services for conditions affecting the ear, nose, and throat, as well as the head and neck. These include cochlear implant surgery, rhinoplasty, tonsillectomy, and treatment for sinusitis and sleep apnea.

The hospital is affiliated with the University of Melbourne and is a major centre for research into eye, ear, nose, and throat disorders. Research areas include gene therapy for inherited eye diseases, stem cell therapy for hearing loss, and the development of new treatments for age-related macular degeneration.
