Steve Lewis (born May 16, 1969) is an American former track and field athlete, who won three gold medals at the 1988 Summer Olympics. Born in Los Angeles, California, Lewis took up athletics at a young age and quickly rose to prominence on the national stage.

Lewis' most notable achievement came at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, where he won gold in the 400 meters and 4x400 meters relay. His time of 43.87 seconds in the 400 meters final remains one of the fastest ever recorded.
