She graduated with a degree in the history of art in 2005.

Catherine's relationship with Prince William began in 2003. After a brief separation in 2007, they became engaged in October 2010. The couple married on 29 April 2011 at Westminster Abbey in a ceremony that was broadcast around the world. They have three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis of Cambridge.

She has also been awarded personal arms and various military appointments in the UK and Commonwealth realms.

Public Image and Style[edit | edit source]

Catherine's impact on fashion and her public image have been subjects of media attention, with her style being dubbed the "Kate Middleton effect".
