EG-018
EG-018 is a synthetic cannabinoid, similar in structure with Naphthalen-1-yl-(1-pentylindol-3-yl)methanone, known also as JWH-018. It acts as a full agonist with a binding affinity of 5.4nM at CB1 and 0.28nM at CB2 cannabinoid receptors.

EG-018 is a carbazole-based synthetic cannabinoid that is presumed to be a potent agonist of the CB1 receptor. It has a similar structure to JWH-018. The formal name for EG-018 is naphthalen-1-yl(9-pentyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl)methanone.
Pharmacology[edit | edit source]
EG-018 is a full agonist at both the CB1 and CB2 cannabinoid receptors, with a reported binding affinity of 5.4nM at CB1 and 0.28nM at CB2. It is an analog of JWH-018, which means it has similar effects.
Legality[edit | edit source]
The legality of EG-018 varies from country to country. In the United States, it is a Schedule I controlled substance. In the United Kingdom, it is a Class B drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
