- 1. Cut meat in cubes 1/2 to 1\.
- 2. Put in a pot along with the water, oil, bay leaf, red and black peper.
- 3. Cook till water is gone (check for tenderness if not soft add more water).
- 4. When water is gone, stir for 5 min and add wine.
- 5. When the wine is evaporated, add onions and stirr till golden.
- 6. Serve hot with greens!
- 7. Merlot at 18 deg C!.
