Recipe instructions

  1. Step 1.
  2. Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic pasts, white pepper, chilli, garam masala, and coriander powder and mix it well, Keep aside for at least an hour.
  3. Step 2.
  4. Mix together all the ingredients for the batter and beat thoroughly.
  5. Step 3.
  6. Heat oil in a kadai . Dip a marinated chicken piece in the batter and shallow-fry until crisp and golden brown.
  7. Step 4.
  8. Repeat with the remaining chicken pieces, draining excess oil on absorbent kitchen paper.
