Chili cheese bars (recipe)


  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Mix egg, flour, margarine, cornmeal, salt and chili powder.
  3. Press in ungreased 9x13 pan.
  4. Bakeuntil firm (about 25 minutes).
  5. Mix remaining ingredients.
  6. Spread over baked layer.
  7. Bakeuntil cheese melted about 15 minutes.
  8. Cool and cut into bars about 3x1 inch.
