Mushroom medley with spinach (recipe)


  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over high heat until hot.
  2. Add all mushrooms and saute until brown and almost tender, stirring constantly, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add bell pepper, ginger and garlic and sautv 1 minute.
  4. Add spinach and green onions and stir until spinach wilts, about 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.
